Q. How do i go about purchasing a membership plan?
A.

New Members:

1. Can go straight to the Membership plan as you will Register yourself before you make any payment for the purchase.

Existing Members:
1. You need to Login into the website.
2. When you have successfully logged in go to the Membership Plan Page.
3. Purchase the desired amount of membership plans.
4. After which it will lead you to the registration page.
5. Fill the details into the empty fields of the form then when complete you click on the PayFast button.
6. This will lead you to the PayFast page where you must complete the purchase by making payment with the appropiate method.

Q. Once I place my order, how long does it take before I get my Tag?
A. After payment is received it will take up to 10 working days for you to get your QRLifeline ID Card kit.

Q. Once i get my tags what do i do?
A. You need to go onto the website and then you register your tag online and enter your details thus creating a profile online. To register you will need to click on the dashboard page and when you arrive on that page you click on GOT A TAG which will lead you to a Registration page and you complete that form and follow procedures.

Q. After purchasing my card, how long will my details remain on the database?
A. Your details will remain on our database for the duration of your membership subscription. We will notify you a month before it is due to be renewed to ensure you don't forget.

Q. Does that mean it is a one-off payment, with no monthly charges?
A. Yes, that's right. The only future charges would be if you lose your ID card and need to replace that.

Q. What happens if I lose my card?
A. Email support@qrlifeline.com. We will send you a new card, linked to your details. The old card will be disabled. The cost for a replacement ID card is R50.00.

Q. How does the ID Card work?
A. The tag is a QR (Quick Response) 2D barcode which can be scanned by any phone with a camera and internet access. When scanned, the code links to your personal profile detailing your information, emergency contact numbers. If in the event of an accident, where you are unable to speak, your emergency contact numbers and medical information, which may be required by the paramedics attending to you at the scene of an accident, are available.

Q. How secure is the information I supply?
A. We will not sell, transfer or use your information in any other way than which is intended.
